Welcome to the AFC 04 Girls Academy Team!

Thank you for visiting our team site.  This Summer we are looking forward to many exciting tournaments.  We are a new team always looking to have FUN!!  Our Team practices every Tuesday and Thursday at Game On in Denton. Please contact Coach Scott or the Team Manager if you are interested in more information regarding AFC 04G Academy Program.

AFC 04 Girls have a great showing in Winter Futsal, Make Playoffs!

The AFC 04 girl’s teams just completed great futsal seasons. They made the playoffs, against some very tough competition and really showed well. Over the course of the season, the girls drastically improved and the experience will only carry to the outdoor fields as they prepare to kickoff the Spring EAL Season. We’re very proud of the girls and Coach Scott and expect very good things from this team over the next several years. Keep it up, great job girls!

Summer Outdoor Schedule

CFBSA Spring Bash May 17-20 in Carrolton, TX

AFC Summer Classic  May 24-27 in Lewisville, TX

Game On Athletics Futsal League June-July 2012

Quickfoot Tournament  June 30th.

All Players must be registered with the North Texas Soccer Association

 
Academy Fees:
$65 per month paid on-line via Aces website. Fees are due by the end of the 1st week of every month. 
All other fees (i.e. tournaments, and league fees, indoor soccer fees) paid directly to Scott Brown. 
 
Practice:
Game On Athletics
Tuesday and Thursday 5:30 to 7:00
 
Uniform:
See attachment. Practice kit is $35 and includes 2 shirts, shorts, socks. Game jersey is $25.
Fill out attachment and give to team manager ASAP.
Wear Red t-shirt on Tuesday, Grey on Thursday. ALWAYS, ALWAYS BRING BOTH JERSYS TO GAMES!!!
 
North Texas Registration (Cost varies, typically about $50 per year):
Each player must be registered with their local city soccer association to be eligible to play in most tournaments. Please fill out attached registration form and take it to you soccer association, pay the fee to them, and make sure the registrar signs the form. If your player is already playing on a rec. team you have already paid the fee and do not have to pay again, but the form must still be signed by the league registrar. Turn in copy of the form ASAP.

Roster Placement:
Roster placement is done prior to each tournament, commencement of league play (Fall and Spring), and indoor soccer season. We anticipate having a roster spot for each player that wants to participate. Roster placement is a competitive achievement that a player earns based on talent, experience, and dedication to training. Roster placement allows players of like skill to play with and against players of like skill
