 The soccer seaon is upon us, please make sure your soccer stud ALWAYS gets plenty of REST before the games and is properly hydrated. A few things to note before your stud plays a game. Please do not let them eat FRIED FOOD, DAIRY Products or alot of sugar. Fruits, pasta and protien are great foods.
