Aces 01 Black is a Lewisville based Academy Team.  We are an established team with success at each level of competition were we have participated.  We have played in both PAL and SDL outdoor leagues, as well as indoor at American Indoor and Fieldhouse USA including the 2009 Summer Indoor Championship at American Indoor.

Homework:

In addition to Juggling.  The Girls need to be working on their ball Mastery.  I have uploaded a video to show them the activities to practice.  These activities should be practiced a minimum of 15 minutes every day.
