The Aces Academy Program is an additional component to the Aces Soccer Club program. Academy maintains the philosophy that soccer is a sport that players should experience and enjoy. Aces Academy will create a soccer environment that will help players gain appropriate training/objectives and passion for soccer beyond their playing years. These environments should allow players creativity, problem solving and experimentation in a natural way that places players in situations within their physical, intellectual reach. Players will develop by learning skills and strategies at age appropriate levels and benefit from the teaching philosophy of experienced soccer professionals.

Academy teams are formed at U5 – U10 age groups and are coached and trained by Aces Academy staff. There may be more than one Academy team at each age group.

Practices occur once per week along with weekly skills sessions. In addition, the teams have a parent volunteer team manager who coordinates the administrative efforts. Aces Academy staff coaches lead on-the-field responsibilities and work closely with the team manager on administrative duties.

Players will also have the opportunity to play against other developmental teams from the surrounding area.

(Academy teams are named from the year of birth using the last two digits;
example..U10 is called Aces '00, U9 would be called Aces '01 and so forth)
